2009 was supposed to be the year of the Chicago Bears. They traded for a strong-armed, young gunslinger and was hoping to pair him up with one of the rookie sensation RBs of 2008. Unfortunately for Chicago Bears fans, the dynamic duo of Jay Cutler and Matt Forte hasn't quite panned out. While the current Chicago Bears could be labeled the "Mediocre of the Midway", the team still has a steep tradition predicated on strong defensive play.
